Re: Kafimur, I actually spoke to a nice guide called Ambrozia about him, but the best she could offer was to accompany me (and my group) to MPG and watch him to see if he'd really train us yet again and, by then, nobody really felt terribly much like going back to MPG and LD 3-4 times on the way to the 6-way.

So Kafimur and his ilk continue to prosper because the process whereby you report his transgressions is too time-consuming, frustrating and ultimately unrewarding.

We could extrapolate from this the perfect model for a tragedy and implement it worldwide. Or maybe license the design, somehow.
