Lets perpetuate the myth further that these two words go together in any meaningful since and the later word doesnt mean conservative anti change even when applied to places like the old USSR.

Grolsh,

I realize I am probably wasting my time even responding to you, but in cases of gross ignorance, I feel compelled to reply. Since you are apparently oblivious to the history of Haiti, let me inform you that for an extremely long time they were ruled by dictators (the Duvalier father and son). When a dictator controls the country, a common term for that is "authoritarian". Comprende? Secondly, when said dictator embraces Marxist ideology when running his country, a common term for that is "leftwing", or "leftist", or in practical terms "a bad choice on their part". In the end, the country of Haiti is one of the absolute worst worldwide when it comes to economic progress. They have a long history of "leftwing authoritarian" control to thank for that. If that explanation doesn't cause a light to go off in your brain, then there is no hope for you.
