Well, i suggest jogging. What I often do with my GF is go to a school track and run laps followed by sprints. The track near my house has a football field in the middle of the track so we will sprint from goal post to goal post and do strength exercises at each end. Wide armed, close armed, diamond, and regular push-ups; crunches; squats and lunges; front and side planks; and pull ups on the goal posts. If you have a buddy to work out with, you can do resistance exercises as well. For example, you do push ups while your buddy presses on your upper back. You can also do a LOT of exercise with some dumbbells. Go to a local exercise place or sports store and pick up some decent weight dumb bells. You can do a complete workout with them.
